Lonnie Logan CEO,  Team Leader

Currently an Associate Broker with Herrington & Company, Lonnie has more than 25 years of real estate experience.  She began working in the real estate industry in 1987 as Assistant Office Manager/Accountant for the Anchorage RE/MAX office.  She earned her Washington Real Estate License in 1997.  In 2007 she earned her Associate Brokers license in Alaska and Washington.  She has been ranked among the Top 1% of all Realtors in America. Lonnie currently holds the designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative; Certified Residential Specialist; an e-Pro Realtor; and a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Joe Logan, Internet Strategist

An Accountant and Computer Systems Manager, Joe created new programs that helped management make clear, concise decisions in order to execute new management goals. To give our clients valued services, he initiates new systems through the use of technology.  With his computer experience he has provided state-of-the-art Internet marketing for sellers and has implemented an automated Home Finder Service for buyers.

Frank Irwin, Realtor®

Lorrie Irwin, Real Estate Acquisitions, Unlicensed

Lorrie has worked with her husband Frank in real estate for the last 10 years. She excels in finding unique properties to satisfy specialized real estate needs. Lorrie knows how to find properties below market  value, she maintains a data base of hundreds of pre-foreclosure properties in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley.
